Come and enjoy Inverloch's beaches, explore the surrounds
or just relax. Whatever you choose to do Inverloch has
something for everyone.
This smart new 3 bedroom beach house provides all the
atmosphere and comforts for that well deserved break.
Situated in a quiet court 10 - 15 minutes walk from Inverloch's
shops, cafe's, beaches and boat ramp and only a short 5 minute
drive to the surf beach. Around the road you can visit Eagles
Nest, The Caves, and other bays and beaches along Inverloch's
majestic coast line.
All new furnishings. The house comfortably sleeps 8
people with a roll away and divan available to accommodate
3 more guests if required. Doonas/quilts, pillows and mattress
protectors are provided for all beds excluding the roll away and
divan. You just need to bring your own linen and towels,
alternatively we can arrange for these to be supplied for you at
a small weekly or nightly cost.
Main bedroom: Queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite
Bedroom 2: 2 sets of bunks and built in robe
Bedroom 3: Double bed and built in robe
Bathroom: Bath, shower and vanity
Separate toilet
Laundry: Front loader washing machine, iron and
ironing board
There are 2 relaxing living areas, one which opens out to a deck
has a lounge suite, TV, DVD player and reading area with a
few books and games. A split system heating and cooling
unit is included for year round comfort.
The other living area is smaller but perfect for the kids
wanting their own space to watch TV or listen to music on
the bean bags, cushions and flip out divan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery,
cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, dishwasher,
microwave, cook top, oven and fridge. An island
bench with 6 bar stools completes the setting. This
area also opens on to the deck where an open fire and BBQ
are available for your use. Off the deck is the backyard,
which is a grassed area and occupies a beautiful big
gum tree to relax under on a hot day.
A nice warm outdoor shower to make you feel fresh
and invigorated or just to rinse off after a day at the
beach or in the boat is located between the carport
and backyard.
Parking is no problem with a single carport providing
room for a car or boat and enough off road parking
for 2 or 3 extra cars.

TARIFFS
PEAK
$1,375 per week or $2,530 for 2 weeks, $550 per long weekend
(3 nights), $385 per weekend (2 nights), $935 Easter (4 nights)
and $185 per extra night (when available).
School and public holidays, long weekends, Easter,
Christmas and Grand Prix weekend.
OFF-PEAK
$825 per week, $385 per weekend and $125 per
extra night.
Minimum stays
Christmas (1 week blocks), long weekends (3 nights),
Easter (4 nights) and weekends (2 nights).
30% deposit is asked for when booking your
accommodation with the balance payable on
arrival.
Cancellations
Please notify cancellations 2 weeks prior to
arrival for a full refund less 5% cancellation fee.
Sorry, no refunds for non arrivals.
We enjoy our house and hope you will to. Please treat it as
